ONLINE TRAINING

HGT has been involved in the development of a hospitality training program accessed by students over the internet. This on-line program is coordinated by WestOne and supported by the Western Australian Department of Training and Employment.

The internet modules combine text, audio, visual reality, live chat and video to create an interactive learning experience.

On-line delivery of training services enables employers and students to access training in the workplace at a time suited to them, which means employers no longer have to worry about restrictive timetables for the theory-based training.

Qualified HGT trainers provide the necessary training support, and ensure that the skills learned on-line are confirmed by practical demonstration in the workplace.

HGT consultants can help employers gain access to on-line training as part of a traineeship, or separately as a Certificate Level 1 course.
