Traineeship Programs for Existing Staff

 

Hospitality Group Training has developed a traineeship program which allows employers to train current staff or new employees, for next to nothing.

This program means that you can upgrade the skill level of your employees, whilst receiving financial assistance from the government.

HGT can help access Federal Government financial incentives of up to $4000 per trainee.

If the trainee is hired through HGT, these incentives are discounted from the hourly on-cost.  Staff currently working a minimum of 20 hours per week can be converted if they have been employed for less than 3 months full time, or 12 months part time (eligibility criteria applies).

Training can be delivered on-the-job and HGT trainers are always available to assist you with training delivery - AT NO COST TO YOU!

This traineeship is an ideal way to upgrade the skills of your current employees, whilst attracting financial assistance from the government.
