Bronwyn Brown, Recruitment Consultant

 

Bronwyn has over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry. After completing her Diploma of Catering and Hotel Management she was employed by Parmelia Hilton as Restaurant Manager where she stayed for 10 years. From there she completed a further 11 years as Restaurant Manager at Burswood Resort Casino. During this time, Bronwyn set up the first School Based Masterclass at Balljura Community College. This program is still running today. Now working as a Recruitment Consultant with HGT, Bronwyn conducts interviews and screening for all potential apprentices and trainees, produces candidate profiles for host employers, arranges contracts for new candidates, works closely with the industry team to co-ordinate rotations of apprentices and trainees between employers and ensures all vacancies are advertised and handled effectively. As well as the recruitment activity Bronwyn also gets involved in promoting HGT services, general administration and assisting with event co-ordination.
