Recruitment - HGT advertises, interviews and recruits apprentices and trainees to meet host employers' requirements.
Monitoring - HGT Industry Consultants maintain regular contact with off-the-job training providers and conduct regular on-site visits to monitor apprentice/trainee progress.
Rotations - to ensure exposure to a full range of skills and establishments, apprentices can be rotated between different host employers as required.
Counselling - HGT can provide confidential counselling support to host employers or employees to overcome any problems which may arise in the workplace.
Administration - HGT assumes responsibility for all paperwork associated with apprentices and trainees.
Assessments - HGT's industry experienced and qualified workplace assessors can conduct workplace assessments of apprentices and trainees as required.
Consultancy (fee-for-service) - HGT can provide additional services ranging from advice on human resource issues to business structure.
Training - as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), HGT provides hospitality, tourism and traineeship training in the workplace, for your new or existing staff for a nominal tuition fee only.
Internet Training - HGT, in partnership with WestOne, has developed a flexible learning package of core hospitality modules which can be accessed through the Internet. It combines text, audio, virtual reality, live chat and video to create a learning experience which is truly at the cutting-edge of information delivery.
