  • Hospitality Group Training gives you the flexibility to employ apprentices to suit your business needs. You don’t have to make a 3 year commitment to an apprentice – Apprentice placements can be provided from 3 - 18 months. 
  • HGT service does not stop after placing a candidate with you. We follow up every 6 weeks throughout the placement to mentor and meet with both yourself and the candidate to ensure that everyone is happy with the arrangement.

An extremely passionate and motivated young lady who is hard working and has a real thirst for knowledge. Meera is a very competent apprentice who is very driven. She has been working on larder, grill and pastry during service at her current venue, often stepping up and running the pastry section. Meera has experience in fine dining, a la carte and functions. She is a very reliable apprentice who is dedicated to succeeding within this industry - a real asset to any brigade.

Aliesha is currently living and working in Geraldton but is keen to move to the Perth Metro area and transfer her apprenticeship to gain more experience. Tyson is a recent school leaver, having completed a Certificate II in Kitchen Operations he worked one day per week for a fully functioning a la carte restaurant through his school. Tyson is a very passionate and committed young man who has shown a lot of enthusiasm about becoming a chef over the last couple of years. Please note as Chloe is a school based candidate you would not be liable to pay for her TAFE fees or TAFE day once this commences.
