Good Food and Wine Show 2009

HGT Apprentices Andrea Watkins, James Law, Dylan van der Walt & Phillip Wells had the pleasure of working alongside Celebrity Chefs Matt Moran, Tobie Puttock, Alastair McLeod, Anna Gare and Master Chefs George Calombaris & Gary Mehigan in the Celebrity Theatre 31^st July to 2^nd August.  Josh Vears ably assisted Alastair at a dinner on Thursday night.
