Hospitality Group Training specialises in placing, training and supporting apprentice chefs and hospitality trainees in Perth, Western Australia.

 

 

  • We will source, manage & train your trainees and apprentices.
  •  We pay the apprentice/trainee, we invoice you, you pay us
  •  We deal with their PAYE, superannuation, contract of employment, disciplinary, grievances, timesheets, sick pay, holiday pay and all other HR or pay related issues.
  •  We employ the apprentice/trainee.  You provide the environment for them to develop their skills, progress their career and gain valuable experience. 
  •  We organise and manage their training including their time at TAFE/College.
  •  Our Industry Consultants will visit them at your premises on a regular basis to ensure their training is progressing in the right direction and deal with any issues.
  • Take the pain out of hiring trainees and apprentices.

 

How long do I need to take someone for?

The opportunity you provide can be short or long term.  We work flexibly with employers to   come up with a tailored solution to fit individual needs. Placements can be anything from 3 months to 18 months. 

 

What do I need to do?

  • Make sure you provide a safe working environment
  • Pay invoices promptly
  • Give the trainee/apprentice the opportunity to try new things and progress their skills
  • Ensure the trainee/apprentice is supported and encouraged at work
  • Communicate with us promptly should there be any issues.
