Traineeship Programs for Existing Staff

 

Hospitality Group Training has developed cost effective traineeship programs enabling employers to train current and new employees.

HGT can assist you in accessing Federal Government financial incentives of up to $4000 per trainee.

Traineeships are an ideal way to upgrade the skills of your employees, whilst attracting financial assistance from the government.

If the trainee is employed through HGT, incentives are discounted from the hourly on-cost.  Staff currently working a minimum of 20 hours per week can be converted if they have been employed for less than 3 months full time, or 12 months part time (eligibility criteria applies). .

Training can be delivered on-the-job and HGT trainers are always available to assist you with training delivery - AT NO COST TO YOU!

Avoid the confusion of Training Contracts and Government paperwork and employ a trainee through HGT.
