Seeking a 1st Year Apprentice Chef to work in a quaint little cafe working directly with the chef. You will assist in making a range of pre-prepred hot dishes and salads all from scratch for sale in the store. You will also assist in making a selection of cakes, muffins, slices and pastries for the display cabinet each day. At peak periods we may also ask you to assist in taking orders from our customers. Position Type: School Based Trainee (Food and Beverage) 

Location: Mandurah, WA

We have two positions available for a busy pub/restaurant located in Mandurah for front of house, waitstaff traineeships. You will undertake a Certificate II in Hospitality and will also gain your Responsible Service of Alcohol as part of your traineeship (please note you will only be serving alcohol as part of a meal, no pouring of drinks).

Location: Nedlands, WA

We have a unique opportunity for somebody with an interest in event management and food and beverage to undertake a School Based Traineeship. In order to meet the requirements of the traineeship this is a two day placement (Wed & Sat) of which one day will be spent in the office working alongside the events manager assisting with the co-ordination of a range of events including weddings and various functions. The Saturday shift will be spent working the event as a hospitality worker. We are looking for somebody who is presentable, well spoken and has a great attention to detail. Must have a keen interest in pursuing a career in hospitality and events.
