Position Type: 3rd Year Apprentice Chef

Location: Burswood

We are seeking a 3rd Year Apprentice Chef to work across a fine dining and a la carte restaurant. Ideally you will have completed all elements of your Certificate III Commercial Cookery however this is not essential. You must be in the 3rd Year of your apprenticeship with a good level of skill under your belt. This is a unique venue so you will learn skills and techniques here you will not have encountered in other venues.

A popular and trendy restaurant located in Fremantle are seeking a School Based Trainee to join their front of house team one day per week. You will be trained in food and beverage techniques, including taking orders, serving customers, running food and making drinks. You will also work toward a Certificate II in Hospitality as part of the traineeship. It is important that you are outgoing, friendly and very well presented to apply for this role. Small, quirky cafe are seeking a school based trainee to join their kitchen team to assist with the preparation of their gluten free, vegan menu. This is a very trendy cafe with a big customer following, offering daytime shifts only. You will need to have an interest in food to apply for this role and be able to work within a small work area. You must be a clean worker as we have an open kitchen and must be able to follow instructions from your supervisor. You will be trained well in innovative cooking techniques for everything vegan and gluten free.
