Kristeen Carroll-Robertson, Business Development Consultant

 

Kristeen started her career in 5 star hospitality in Scotland and progressed into a Front Office Management role before moving into Human Resources, Learning and Development.  Over the past 10 years, she has developed her skills and expertise as a learning and development consultant in a wide range of sectors and in particular within hospitality.  Within this time she has designed and delivered a range of training courses to industry and schools, worked with a variety of apprenticeship schemes, gained assessor qualifications, worked for private training companies and government agencies.  As Business Development Consultant with HGT, Kristeen is responsible for client, apprentice, trainee and media relations, marketing, website management and the production of HGT publications such as internal and external newsletters, promotional literature, award submissions and client/apprentice/trainee surveys.  Kristeen is also involved in the co-ordination and promotion of the ‘Hospitality Youth Skills Showcase’.
