Natascha Juracich

 

Natascha has 19 years experience in the hospitality industry. Her career began in South Africa where she completed an Advanced Diploma in Hotel Management before working for various hotels around the world. Her first role was as a banqueting assistant before progressing on to an Assistant Front Office Manager role for Holiday Inn hotels in South Africa. After this Natascha moved to Germany and worked as a housekeeping supervisor then various front office roles for Munich City Hilton. Staying in Munich she then worked for a further year as Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Moevenpick Marche. Natascha’s career then took her to the Hilton Beach Club Resort in Dubai where she worked as Head Housekeeper then Front Office and Guest Relations Manager. After 5 years in Dubai it was time for a move again and this time the destination was China for the opening of Hilton Dalian. This was Natascha’s first training role where she was the trainer for Front Office, Concierge, Telephone Operations and Reservations. After this she moved to Australia and worked for a private college before joining HGT where she develops and facilitates training for the Certificate IV in Hospitality qualification.
