
Natascha has 19 years experience in the hospitality industry. Her career began in South Africa where she completed an Advanced Diploma in Hotel Management before working for various hotels around the world. Her first role was as a banqueting assistant before progressing on to an Assistant Front Office Manager role for Holiday Inn hotels in South Africa. Natascha relocated to Germany and worked at the Munich City Hilton as a housekeeping supervisor. Looking for an additional challenge within the organisation, Natascha gained further experience in front office positions . Staying in Munich for a further year Natascha was appointed Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Moevenpick Marche. Natascha’s jet setting career then took her to the Hilton Beach Club Resort in Dubai where she worked as Head Housekeeper then Front Office and Guest Relations Manager. After 5 years in Dubai it was time for a move again and this time the destination was China for the opening of Hilton Dalian. This was Natascha’s first training role where she was appointed trainer for Front Office, Concierge, Telephone Operations and Reservations. Natascha has now made her home in Australia and has worked for a private college before joining HGT. Natascha develops and facilitates training for the Certificate IV in Hospitality qualification.
