Paul has 20 years experience in the hospitality industry and puts his dedication down to the three things he really enjoys: good food, good wine and great company.  During his time in the industry he has worked in both front and back of house which has given him a clear understanding of what is required to run a successful operation.  He also has a wealth of knowledge acquired from working in the wine industry where he was exposed to a highly competitive market and gained a true appreciation of the work required to produce a high quality end product.  As Business Development and Training Consultant at HGT Paul encourages venues to invest in their staff and helps them to understand the value of training and development.   Paul also delivers various training courses including Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Hygiene.
